SPA Policy

  1. Arrival Time
    Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
    Note: We DO NOT provide a grace period. Late arrivals will result in reduced service time.
  2. Dressing and Preparation Time
    Your service includes 10 minutes allocated for dressing and preparation.
    Hands-on service durations are: 50 minutes, 80 minutes, or 110 minutes.
    After dressing, enjoy complimentary candy, chocolate, and water in our lobby.
  3. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
    A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations.
  4. Payment Information
    The card on file is only used for deposits; full payment is required at the time of service.
    Please bring a physical form of payment for finalizing your transaction.
  5. Gratuities
    Gratuities are not included in the service price and go directly to your massage therapist or esthetician.
  6. Room Damage Policy
    Any damage to the massage rooms, tables, or furniture will result in a $100 cleaning or replacement fee

What is the cancellation policy?
  • We will only charge 40% of the total price, If you didn’t cancel the reservation before 3 hours.
What is your massage schedule?
  • Every day we are open form 10:00  to 22:00.
What should I bring?
  • When you arrive, you don’t need to bring anything,
    we provide towel ,sandals, you just need to wear comfortable clothes and get ready to receive our massage.
I am sick, can I still have a appointment?
  • No, if if you has recently travelled or who has been in contact with a suspected, probable, or confirmed case of COVID-19.
Can I get massage if I am taking medication or have certain health problems?
  • If you are taking medication or have big health problems , please call us to know if you are able to have a therapeutic treatments.
What if I do not feel comfortable during the massage?

If you are not physically at ease with the temperature, pressure or technique being used, please tell your therapist. However, please do not hesitate to voice any of your special needs or preferences.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes.
