Deep Tissue Massage

Focused relief for persistent muscle tension

What to expect

Focused relief for persistent muscle tension

Deep tissue massage uses slower, focused pressure to work through tight muscles and stubborn patterns of tension. Your therapist adjusts the pressure with you throughout the session.

  • Tight shoulders and upper back
  • Lower-back and leg tension
  • Active or physically demanding routines
  • Focused muscle recovery
Comfort matters. Tell your therapist what pressure feels right and what areas need attention.

Make space for feeling better.

What deep tissue massage can help with

Deep tissue massage uses focused, controlled pressure for areas that stay tight, including the shoulders, back, hips and legs. Your therapist works within your comfort level and can spend more time on the areas that affect your day-to-day movement. Stronger pressure is available, but pain is not the goal.
